Marc is a retired advertising photographer, that shot architecture, lifestyle, video and drone imagery.  His family moved to Mount Dora when Marc was six and he recalls walking around barefoot in the summer in endless shade.  Marc is committed to the replenishment of the tree canopy that he so fondly remembers.

David Stanley - Vice President is the Mount Dora Friends of the Environment Volunteer Coordinator.  He handles enrolling new volunteer tree stewards, getting them trained and manages the watering schedule.  David also designs and maps the various watering routes.
He is a retired former executive of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, studied in London and lived in the UK for 10 years.

He started as a department manager on a cruise ship, and worked his way up to Vice President of Shipboard Revenue operations for RCCL and retired after 32 years with the company.

Happily married to Mary, he cares about leaving Mount Dora’s trees and tree canopy healthy and robust for future generations to enjoy.
Resident of Mount Dora, Jillen Lippincott became involved with MDFE as a tree steward, watering the recently planted trees all around Mount Dora as a way to meet new friends and discover Mount Dora.
When called upon to fill a vacancy on the board of directors, she volunteered to take over the Treasurer’s spot.

Jill has been a studio manager for a commercial photographer for 30 years producing photo shoots for advertising agencies, corporations and not-for-profit institutions.  She has seen the loss of tree canopy in Mount Dora in recent years and recognizes the necessity of reforesting the city.

Tad Parker serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors of the MDFE.  His involvement in environmental initiatives began with Earth Day in the 1970s and has continued throughout his professional career.
In the printing industry, he collaborated with the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) to develop a national certification program that advanced sustainable forestry practices within the sector.

Following his retirement, Mr. Parker joined the MDFE as a tree steward, contributing to the restoration of Mount Dora’s tree canopy.  His continued engagement reflects a longstanding commitment to environmental stewardship and the successful renewal of Mount Dora’s urban forest.
