To submit via snail-mail,
download and complete the PDF form linked below and mail it with your check to us @ Mount Dora Friends of the Environment PO Box 251 Mount Dora, FL 32756 Please write, "membership" in memo line. Membership Form HERE To join online there are 2 steps. 1) First, complete and submit the online form to the right (or below if viewed on cell). This form allows us to register your contact information. 2) Second, to pay, click on your desired membership level button above which takes you to an online payment page. Welcome and thank you! |
