The Earth Day Mount Dora Festival welcomes all types of earth-friendly vendors/exhibitors: non-profit, for-profit, government agencies, individuals, clubs, etc.
Having an Earth Day booth will connect you with people in our community who care about keeping the environment clean, green, healthy and beautiful.
Saturday, April 21 – 10 am - 3 pm
Exhibit/Vendor setup will take place from 8:00 am – 9:30 am. All structures must stay in place until the end of the festival. The event formally starts at 10:00 am and ends promptly at 3:00 pm.
In beautiful downtown Mount Dora at Donnelly Park

All exhibit/vendor areas are outside; most spaces are on grass, a few may be on the pickle ball courts.
Exhibit/Vendor fees help to cover event expenses: promotions, signage, etc. All fees are based on a 15′ x 15′ space.
Vendors: $50 (January 1 - March 31) (Early Registration before 12/31/17 - $45, Late Registration after 3/31/18 - $60) Food Vendors: $75 (January 1 - March 31) (Early Registration before 12/31/17 - $65, Late Registration after 3/31/18 - $90)
What do I need?
Your group/business is responsible for bringing all set-up materials (tents, tables, chairs, etc.).
Please try to practice good stewardship of the Earth. If possible, use items that are recyclable or biodegradable.
How do I sign up?
Applications (click on link below) are available now. Applications must be received by April 1, 2018, with payment. To pay online, go to "Store" on this site under "Ways to Give." To pay by mail, make check payable to Mount Dora Friends of the Environment, mail check and registration form to Andrea Burr, c/o Earth Day 2017, 206 E 9th Ave., Mount Dora, FL. 32757.
Mount Dora Friends of the Environment reserves the right to decline any exhibitor/vendor application for any reason whatsoever.
